BrokerCheck OBV OBV starts at zero on the oldest bar. A higher close adds the current tick volume, a lower close subtracts it, and an equal close leaves it unchanged. Tick volume represents feed activity, not centralized currency-trading quantity. The indicator displays OBV, simple moving averages (default 20 and 50 bars) and population-deviation bands (20 bars, multiplier 2). Periods count chart bars, not necessarily days. The live bar changes on ticks. Divergence, breakout signals and RSI are not plotted by the indicator. The CSV contains historical hourly EURUSD examples. Times are terminal bar-open times; the measured offset at capture was UTC+3, without historical daylight-saving adjustment. The CSV includes a companion Wilder RSI with period 14. These settings illustrate the formulas; no trading performance was measured. Compile the source in the platform editor or use the compiled indicator, then load it through the custom-indicator controls. Check period settings, volume feed and available history before comparing displays. Native chart attachment and drawing have not been tested.
